well you first want to drain the whole system, at the bottom of the spark plug side you`ll see a large bolt, remove that and the block will drain, now remove both ast and rad cap, now remove the rad and replace with the shiney new one refit the bolt you removed from the block.

Now your ready to refill the coolent..

I use a coke bottle cut in half and you cn screw the top part into the middle coolent topup hole. Now remove the coolent hose at the back of the plenum, its mounted right at the top of it and its connected to the throttle body thingy..
Now begin filling up by starting with the ast, fill up and replace the cap on the ast, now fill up the middle section and fill the coke bottle to the top and keep if full, when you see coolent p!ssing out the plenum hose you disconnected, reconnect it and all the air should be out of the system, remove the coke bottle, check the level and yer done i think.. lol
