Idling / Electrical probs

Hi,
 
My FD has been idling badly for a while now (over 2k and eratic). Last week I took the induction kit off and put the stock airbox back on, which has reduced the idle to about 1500. At the same time, I reset the ecu. Now, every time I put on the lights or the rear screen heater, the idle shoots up to 2500! Any ideas folks?
