Hi All ..

Where abouts have you got your DV/BOV on your single turbo conversions ... As i am looking to put one on and wondered where others have put it ? And if there is anywhere to get the right pipe work as i have a Blitz BOV already. I was thinking of putting it from turbo to IC .

bally

thats where i have mine fella in the ic pipe between turbo and intercooler :Thumbs-up

should be mounted after the exit from i/cooler and before plenum ideally

i put mine on the pipe leading to the intercooler. seems to work fine. except i cant hear it much over the wastegate sound lol

Some run them, some don\'t - best place is as close to the throttle plates as poss.

strictly speaking is better to dump unintercooled air ie from before the intercooler, instead of dumping denser air that has already used efficiency from the ic

you will find that there are about a 50 50 split as to where they should go and everyone seem to know where to mount it....but to be honest this has been argued for years and will still be argued for years to come.........put it either side....someones gonna say oopps thats wrong . so the choice is yours.

hmm not sure on that my understanding was nearer to throttle body the better otherwise the pressure is flowing back down a lot of pipework including back thru the intercooler..most d/valves are located post icooler and pre throttle body including keeping vac pipe as short as poss for faster pressure/de pressure seq..of course i maybe be talking a load of ********:evillaugh :o
