Car not starting problem :(

So my car wont start. I turn the key and nothing, the engine doesnt crank or make any sounds. Checked the battery with a trusty multimeter and its fine. I have a hunch that its the imobalizer as my sister had the same symtoms on her clio. Also it acts the same way as trying to start the car without disabling the immobilizer. Any ideas? please tell me its the immobilizer

or could be a fuse.

looked at the bunch of fuses near the battery, they looked fine

immob is a poss but this is one of the it could be this it could be that scenarios and frankly a real nightmare
u may have to bite the bullet and consult a vehicle sparky
what immob are u using and how old is it
if u know he make they will tell u what circuits it cuts

um the certificate says its a thatcham A103 alarm/immobilliser, cat find anything on google about it
