Problem with 2 way diff!!!

Hello,

Took the diff out as it was grinding and not doing its job and need to get it fixed... Can it be fixed? Its a Tomei 2 way and is grinding when you drive it... Need to get this sorted asap! Or if any1 has a replacment for me let me know!
