Warning buzzer : /

I just fitted a new uprated secondary fuel rail,1600cc injectors and FPR everything looks like its fitted allright but when i turn the ignition on
 the warning buzzer sounding off any ideas why this might be I have not tried to start it just turned ignition on?

have you pulled out ur low coolant level plug off the sensor?
