Just bought one of this bad boys, just wondering if i can replace the standard sensor with the wideband sensor and if it\'s alright to disable the o2 monitoring using the PFC?

Yes you should  be ok to disable the o2 monitoring on the PFC. You minght find that location could burn out the sensor pretty quickly, most people located them further down the pipe.
