Knock light (again)

Right guys,

I noticed just after I picked the lady up in September that the heat light was flashing to indicate knock (with Apex\'i ECU). As i don\'t have a Commander I spoke to Pip when I was getting her mapped and he tested and said the knock levels were fine - must just be the standard sh!tty sensor so he toned down the sensitivity a bit.

Problem is, I\'m noticing it again but only when i\'m changing gear?? I asumed knock would occur mostly under acceleration? Also, if cruising at say 5k rpm, just a slight touch on the accelerator cause the light to flash??

It only seems to be a problem on shorter journeys, as when im out for a few hours it hardly ever appears.

Anyone had anything similar / should I be worried??

Knock is usually ok when off load, but not when accelerating.

Sometimes when mine has just warmed up there is a tendancy to knock more on short runs.
