not running at full power

my 87 has a raw gas smell when it is just idleing and when i go to drive it makes a loud intake sound and it will not rev and when sitting still i try to rev it and it will only go to 6500 i might  have a fuel leak or is this a more serious problem any help would be appreciated

have you checked you injectors?
may be leaking.......
