power steering advice needed

hi,i am fitting a mopar smallblock v8 in an f reg fc fitted with power steering,i want to keep the p/a/s if possible but dont know if the power rack will work with a different pump,i also need to know if the rack will still work with the smallest of the three pipes blanked off.any advise very welcome

I used the LS1 pump on the Mazda fd rack ok if that helps. You might need to adjust the pressure relief spring in the pump but I\'m sure some one on that forum will know for sure.
