Momo steering wheel spacing

I am looking to change my steering wheel - long story but my gear gaiter got ripped by someone cleaning my car so needs replacing so I chose colours and stuff and now the steering wheel will look a bit tatty so I\'ve started looking and so...

I have a Momo wheel (so on a Momo boss). I am trying to see if I can extend the wheel out towards me (since you can\'t adjust it) as I keep finding my hands rubbing on my legs when I go round hairpins (ooer!). Also, it would be nice to see the indicator lights (but that\'s not that important).

So...any recommendations for spacing kits, or perhaps I could use a snap-off wheel kit as a spacer, and also, do other makes of wheel fit the Momo boss? Oh, and how do you make the horn work on a Momo boss (mine has no earth or something!)

momo make there own kits. Should be around £30.
