dash/rear lights ?

Can someone help Mike out just had engine replacement & got a problem - i have wiring diagram i think at home but sure will look like london tube map ?
Only one problem, the dash lights and rear lights aren\'t working. Do you think it could be a fuse , are they on the same circuit, or has Pip not re-connected the wiring properly

Could well be a fuse, the fuse box is down in the drivers foot well,
