Fuel - Boost cut Help please!

Hi,
 
probles are: Car will rev to red line at stand still all ok.
If driving and I attempt to put on WOT it will cut power aggressively like fuel cut
 
This has only happened from today when the auto electrician fixed my headlights that were not working??
 
Could this be an electrical problem
 
Car is an FD3S J Standard, Cat back, Non sequential!
 
Any help grately appreciated

check the map\\ sensor is ok, check vaccum pipe to nit has not split or come off, small black box 30mmx20mm on bulk head on passenger side, just to right of plenum
