Advice needed for my RX7 93

Starts perfect, White and black smokes comes, then dissapears after, when i rave  it comes back anyway. The answer i need is..
 
Why my car cuts out early, 1st gear should take more then 20th, my car goes 45th on 3rd gear.
 
So, is it from turbos, SPEED CUTS, and car doest wanna go more..
 
PLease help is it my turbos gone..
