can you use a swirl pot with only the oe pump or do you need two pumps. i\'m not going for big power any time soon, so ehat do you think would be the easyist way to cure this problem.

You shouldn\'t be getting fuel starvation, what pump are you running and how much fuel is in the tank when this happens

I was getting terrible fuel starvation under cornering

A swirl pot is very necessary when running limited fuel amounts.  Also running 2 pick ups from within the tank is a good idea.....or getting some baffeling in there.

I know for one that there will be a great idea on the horizon....watch this space!

Whats the great idea dude? I want to sort out something along these lines so I don\'t have to worry as much when I get low on juice. I\'ve been carrying a gerry can of v-power to events lately :)

Even the stock pumps gets starvation. You can use one pump as a lift to the swirl pot.

It all depends on the size of the S.P. and the fuel setup/draw and how long you\'ll be going sideways.

An average of say a 1.5ltr pot should give enough for about 30 seconds of no refill feed.

I have a Bosch 979 pump for sale. That would help pick the fuel rate up nicely..

Easiest way around it is to make sure the tank is full if running the strip,

Also perhaps bigger injectors may help too, ie change secondaries to 1300\'s ??
