Exhaust and ecu questions

Any one use either of these exhausts?? Kakimoto GT1.0Z (Titanium) or the amuse R1 TITAN MUFFLER i plan on getting 1 of them when i get my car they look awesome cant find a sound clip of either though. My other question is my mate told me somet about the ecu\'s on the earlier modles were 8 bit and the later modles were 16 bit what is the difference? I plan on upgrading to a power fc will it matter if its 8 or 16 bit as its a different ecu?

I can answer the ecu question,

The early models had 8bit and later 16bit, but as long as you buy the PFC for your model (year) it will still be a 16bit power fc.. Just that the harness is different between the models.

So if u have an early 8 bit modle fitting a power fc makes it 16 bit any way?

yes it will matter do you no what year your car is
 8 bit ecu is up to 93/94 dep on the car
16 bit is from93/94 on

im looking at getting a 94 type r. I was told it was 1996 and above what had 16 bit. Is there any bad points about the 8 or 16 bit ecu???
