Hey all :)
Right, just discovered that my soon to be here car has a Nur spec - hurrah for the noise:rollin , but :( as one of the reasons I\'m getting an FD is for track work. Even with my tiger silenced midpipe i suspect i have no chance!

I\'ve got a trackday booked quite soon after it gets here, and a loads of parts to fit before then. This track day doesn\'t have very strict noise regs, so i MAY be able to get away with it :3gears-rh , but i\'ll want to do some other tracks afterwards :)

Sooo, if i get the car mapped with the nice, free flowing nurspec, would the map need tweaking if i put a quieter, more restrictive system on afterwards? I know i\'ll loose a bit of power :(, and for maximum performance it will need mapping, but would i be running any risks? I figure mapping for free flow = safe mapping for less flow? Or am i totally wrong?
cheers all :)

I dont think there will be any worries with what you suggest.
However, I\'d still want it mapped with the exhaust it\'s going to run, esp if it\'s doing lots of track work.

WGT Should be mapping it :)

Yeah, in an ideal world i would want it mapped with the exact spec it will be running with, but I\'m just concerned that time is working against me (well, not time, more specifically customs, but i won\'t go into that...)
