Boost problem?

Right i have had a slight boost problem sine i got the car, what happenes is it peaks at .75 then it drops and only holds about .5 does any one know what it could be?
 
I have checked all the hoses and replaced every hose in the rats nest and also checked all the solinoides.
 
could it be a turbo problem? and what else is there to check?

sounds like what happened with mine. Would boost once to 0.7 then only ever do 0.5 after that. Aparently the hoses were all \'wired\' up wrongly and there was an issue with the ECU too.

Oh right funny you should say that cos i got this funny air flow conditioner thing that i was told not to play with could it be something to do with that?
