Speedo Wobble

Bit of a strange one here.

I took my dash out to spray it (looks great btw way) but now when I first set off in the car the speedo wobbles by about 7 MPH around the speed I\'m doing. however after approx 10 mins it goes steady at the correct speed.

When I first did it, it didn\'t work at all for about 10 mins then wobbled loads then got more and more acurate, now it just does the above every time.

It worked fine before!

What could it be?

i could do with a solution to this aswell - my cab does the same thing ( since having the dash out )
