thanks for that Kev, very handy.

Few option available,

the front brakes are the same as on Familia 323 GT-R aka BG8

Very strange in my opinion, the BG8 is something like 900kg in weight, but the Cosmo is a big 1650kg car sharing the same brakes. Mazda is known to build very well thought out cars, but the brakes on a Cosmo is what I can\'t understand.

NO ROTOR, NO MOTOR !

I dont think you have these

APEC - Pad No:- PAD 1067 for the rear and PAD 939 for the front. These are available from any good motor factors cos the rears are from 929/Xedos 9 etc. I got em from PRO PARTS in Waterlooville, Hants. Very friendly and helpful.:driving

I found that front disk rotors and caliper mounts are the same with Mazda BG-8 4WD hi power. I found that D2Racing (it is AP racing copy) makes 8pot 330-356mm fronk kit for this car. I bought one and awaiting shipment next month. I\'ll try to install it on my JC. It is cheap.

I\'m looking at going the rx8 disc fd caliper route over the winter for the fronts rears are looking like a problem at the moment though.
