Red FC Cab\' A1 Southbound on hard shoulder!

I passed a Red FC Cab on the hard shoulder of the A1 between Stevenage and Welwyn this morning at about 7:10. It looked like you had a flat . I thought about stopping but decided I would only get in your way :Laugh
