HKS boost controller setup?

Hey guys just sorted my wonky boost controller lol was a loose power wire on the connector, its now saying to set the boost? how do you set these up, im on stock twins n i dont wanna overboost, any idears or tips?

Im planning on going down to pip`s in a week to have a checkup, shall i leave it for him?
