Do i need this bit?

Can i remove this hks thing and pipe and just block it off? what does it actually do lol.. really it looks pants and im cleaning up ma engine bay :)

Thats from the Air bypass valve... you don\'t need it but your car will sound like a cow everytime you lift off.
If you get the Airpump removal kit then you can sack the bypass valve that feeds this pipe. It is under the plenum. That is provided you have aftermarket management.
Mines Black and dirtier than Donatos. But hey, no-one asked for a good clean fight.

sound like a cow? what it`ll moo if i remove it? WOW!!! lol will it do any damage?
