Starting problems

I have a starting problem with my car. it wont start the engine cars turns over but does not start.  i did in the afternoon turn the car on and turn it off without warming the car up i know silly thing o do. now car wont start up. checked all fuses no issues.

Has anyone got any suggestions to what this may be. the car had a rebuild 3000 miles ago. so i hope it not require a rebuild.   i have read on the site and thing it might be due to flooding. can anyone tell me how to get this sorted. Thanks
