de cat or high flow cat - which one do you recomend?

Hi All

I had a terrible time trying to decide whether to have a silenced de cat mid pipe (dragon make) or a very good quality high flow cat

I found out that the high flow cat will rob me of about 15bhp

I also know that if I have the de cat mid pipe I will not need the air pump and I believe I will lose one of the belts also..

Which system is safer for the engine?  What would you recommend?

I have made a decision to go de cat but what are your views any way?

Also my injector duty is now at max 88% boost 0.92.

Any of the mods above will require changing the stock injectors?  I hope not..
