Just Cut Out

I need some help I bought a 1993 RX7 the engine was fully rebuild and all parts repaced 2 years ago(5000miles) I went out for a drive one the way home (driving slowly in traffic) I came to a hill on the way up it the car judderd a couple of times then died. 30 mins later after looking under bonnet to see was every thing ok I tried to start it no go but the fans kept coming on. When I took the petol cap off it was suck big time I think I run out of fuel. I have put £25 of fuel in it and rechared the battery still no joy. PLease can some one give me an idea. Also when I use the plip to lock the door there is no beep now the doors just lock.
 
The car is turning over and just 15mins ago it sounded like it was trying to catch but no.
