Worried

Help:confused:  I seem to be loosin water somewhere i cant find a leak but it\'s impossible to check every hose so i cant be sure. This has only started  yesterday and i\'m still checkin.The coolant buzzer came on once so i stopped and just topped it up.Anywhere in particular I should be lookin? Also I\'ve got the white residue inside the oil cap. This has been there for a few weeks. Some people have said it is normal this time of year, some say its normal on this motor, some say its about to die :confused: Its only done 30000 miles so I\'d be gutted if its given up on me yet:mad:
