Does anyone know of a way I could get a feed to my filters, had a wee look at there isnt much room anywhere to get some ducting in. Does anyone have examples of what they have done?:Thumbs-up  Also would it be worth making a heat shield for them while I am at it? (and does anyone know what type of kit this is?)

Change your bonnet to a Scoot and use it to ram the air. See my post ref   Ram Induction on my T51 via Scoot bonnet.

It is an easy way to do it plus you stop a lot of heat soak as the hot air can get out from under your bonnet.:Thumbs-up

I dont really like that hole at the front of the scoot bonnet you will be using to feed air to your filter (does look like a good idea tho!!. I am going to get a vented bonnet after xmas but at the moment just looking for a simple way to get cold air into the filters and see if its worth making a heat shield.

best bet is make the heat shield, dont think a direct cold air feed will make that much difference bud, but as warthog says, get a vented bonnet with the vent just above or as near as your filter :)

The problem with trying to get a cold air feed to the turbos is a major one on the FD. If you look at various RX 7 sites on the web you will see lots of ideas. However, at lot of them involve major work.
When I purchased the Scoot bonnet it was with the intention of using that vent as it picks up air and you can the divert it as that hole goes into a tunnel.
The feed to the turbo in my car is still at the R&D stage but it works. HTH.:wave

Will get some thermo tec heat sheilding stuff and make some sort of heat shield then (also heard cardboard is good for it lol)
Wonder if there is any way of getting some ducting up from the drivers side oilcooler!?!

same bumper as on your car. Also see on the platic feed going to the intercooler, is there meant to be a square hole on the top?

This is a Blitz twin induction kit like on mine.

I still have the stock plastic air feed which shares the air between the IC and the filters. This seems to work fine but it isn\'t a very smooth path for the air. Other people have made a heat guard/air duct setup from aluminium to achieve the same thing.
