Can you run 9.5" rims on both front and rear of the FD? Looking to get rota GTR\'s but in less than the 9.5 the fronts dont look as good I want it to look like so -

Is this possible on a rex?:xconfused

I have the very wheels in 9.5 allround:yes

But cheating to get them on;)

Offset is too low (mine are anyway), only do one offset I think?

surely that would just tramline like an absolute bitch...

any pictures tricky? Do they not do those wheels in the correct offset? Are yours 18s?

Yeah I was worried about it tramlining really bad, only other option is 8.5 front and 9.5 rear but then the front wheels look different like this -

Sorry no pics, bit of an on going project- still awaiting the kit:rolleyes: . Yeah are 18"s- mine are et21mm offset...but looking at //www.rarerims.co.uk the 9.5 now comes in et30 (for black anyway).

You might just getaway with the et30 offset....One to try first!

Can someone explain why they would tramline?? Can\'t get my head round it:Hammer

Not to worried as I picked these up cheap and could get a set of 8.5s if ness- will prob end up needing a spare set for the track.

ive got 9` front and 10` rear drives ok

Cally

will I get decent lock with 9.5" 18s on the front?

mikeyh

just watch that they dont touch inside the inner wing

It also depends how low the car is. Mine is rather low and the standard 16x8s catch on the inner arches.

RAW

8.5x18 all round with 225 tyres front and 255 rear.  the difference in tyre width actually makes quite a big visual difference. my car is very low so the rear arches are rolled so the only rubbing i get is on the front at full lock.  if they were any wider i would have problems. i thin kthe offset is 30 or 35.

hmm still tempted to get the 9.5 dished ones all round but a little worried they will cause hassle / problems.
