I know I\'m going to struggle to get a good price on a modified rex until I\'m 21, but I really want to come to Jap fest in September.  As long as I can get to that - I dont mind the wait!

I was hoping to get insurance for the weekend so I can come down in a rex than I\'m hopefully getting mid Sept.

So does anyone know of any insurers that will provide short term insurance?

Your advice is greatly appreciated!  :god

Cheers
Chris

If you are with Tesco they will cover you to drive any car for a day for about £5, you could try your insurers for a cover note, tesco were superb when I asked :)

My current insurers dont insure the rx-7, but they did they they\'d give me a policy extension so I could drive it back 3rd party f/t.

But its still worth checking again.  Cheers

I was looking for a days insurance to drive a car back after i had bought it and found this site. Will probably use them when I buy a rex.

Spen you got it! Thats the one I was trying to think of! :Thumbs-up

Did you get any quotes for a modded FD Spen? (email me - save the thread! :D )

Thanks for the link - its underwritten by Norwich Union and has the same terms.  No Imports or no mods :(

I\'ll keep looking though!

Try HIC Insurance. They offer short term insurance.
