I run black diamonds all round, they are drilled and grooved. You want to use a hard wearing pad with them, otherwise they wont last 5 minutes.:Hammer

I use the Hawk pads - a little expensive, but worth every penny, and they seem to last me about a year of \'fast\' street driving. The combination is excellent - I must have shaved several tens of feet off my stopping distance.:yes
Diamond blacks are good i had them on  my 2ltr rsturbo, but at £230 for teh rears and £170 odd for the fronts tooooooooo expensive,
i can ship a groved and drilled whole set for £240 so it seems to make more sense, will still go with the hawks though.

Did you get these in the end ? I need to replace my brake discs and am looking to buy some in the next couple of weeks and would be interested in a group buy if it could be set up.

Jim

Jim,
i was signing the cheque when i heard a knocking from the front shocks:confused: so ive not gone for it yet as i\'m about to go for a new set of Tokico HP\'s and the cars getting a new fuel pump fuel lines regulator pressure gauge and weber 45 fitted + a rolling road and suspension set up by pro-align!,when i spoke to them though they said it would make no differnce if we brouht 1,2 or even 10 pairs so you can try and knock them down but i had no luck, keep me posted though i might look under the sofa for some more cash!!

Wonder what the shipping cost is?  Also, how much are standard disks?
Now with added boost!  :burnout
