Whcih Intercooler?

Hi chaps, me again!!

I\'m after your expertise, as per usual! I\'m considering a FMIC for my FD, and was wondering how many of you out there have fitted one to the standard twin turbo setup? Currently I have an induction kit, and large bore exhaust.

How easy is it to fit? How long did it take to fit? Which make and model of intercooler did you go for? What sort of costs am I looking at?

I would think you might need a remap fitting a FMIC.  Certainly you will need some guages at least to see what its doing if its all ok.

Sorry if this is a really dumb question:rolleyes: , but is there any difference between fitting a larger intercooler and running the car on a cold day?

Well whilst a cold day will help, a more efficient intercooler (which im asuming an FMIC will be, especially with heat soak) will always be better than a stock one run in the same conditions if that makes sense.
