Problems with light/stereo post new ECU/respray

I know it sounds a bit odd, but whilst my FD was getting a respray, some tossers broke into the place and decided to try and remove my ecu and other bits!!
I\'ve now got a new Apexi ecu, but now i\'ve got the car back, the stereo wont work nor the front L indicator unit-the other indicators flash fast-bulbs ok.
It seems likely there\'s a connection between this and the new ECU??
