mines a 1300cc sure it was down as a 2300cc before the engine change had no problems though £110 tax result!

Just got a reply to my e-mail, stating that someone in the customer service department will deal with my query. They will contact me in a few days... (can\'t remember the exact wording of the e-mail, but that was the gist of it).

they will not reregister the car as it has been declared at entry as that cc so they argue there has been no change so that is the cc
