bov and charge relief valve?

hi there

whats the diff between a bov and a charge relief valve because my rx has had both denso recirculating units replaced with aftermarket BLITZ units?
bad for the car or good?
should i take off the BOV connected in place of the on charge relief pipe???

Yes as this is stopping your second turbo kicking in, which is why it doesnt pick up at 4500 rpm when the second turbo should kick in!!!
