Fluffy above 6500 rpm

My rx pulls poorly above 6500 rpm and seems \'fluffy\' to the red line. Is this normal? If it isnt whats the problem.
The car has just been serviced too and I\'m told by the specialist its ok - But! I dont think its right.
Anyone help?

Could be a number of things:

Too rich, exhaust restriction (blocked cat if you have one), spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter, .......

Just some suggestions, no doubt someone has other idea\'s as well!
