Hi All

What a day out at the Rotostock…..what a day…

Any way, has any one installed the Defi-link Dislay with Defi-Link Control Unit
 ( from re-works ) in their car ?

Trying to decide on some gauges ….maybe some suggestions?

If so, any comments? Pictures?

Thanks in advance?

Regards,
Michaelb

Ive got one of these installed.  It is pretty cool.  I have the Oil Temp and Water Temp sensors on there.  You can set warning levels so it beeps and flashes if the temps go to high.  On the water temp you can set a warm up function so it lets you know when you can start hammering it!  Has a record function as well so you can play it back.

Hey Michael hows things?

I\'ll get pictures at the weekend for you.  My car is tucked up in the garage at the moment - I think it is still resting after I gave it a hammering up the strip all weekend  :p

Hi

I am OK,

I wish I took my RX on the track, but I think I need some more mods or I will get slaughtered  by the skylines and that would be very unpleasant for everyone concerned…

Thanks for that.  I really appreciate it.  I want to be able to be aware of the water temp if it is going to go up…..just in case.  As you know by the time your stock temp gauge detects a dangerous level it may be too late for the engine.

Regards,
Michaeb

PS What is the really benefit of knowing your oil temp?
