wont drop straight in...you need to use a few fd bits...i think i asked this same question a while back....

I think theres a Thread about this?

Yes they are if its a Turbo 2 you want to use the FD diff in....

The diff its self will go into a T2 case but the Fd case will not go into the T2\'s Diff mounts.

Its fairly easy to swap a FD diff into a T2 case, BUT!!! the pain in the backside comes when you have to set up the Backlash. This as i found out can be a little tricky.

You\'ll want an FD diff, set of new Bearings, Set of Seals and the Case Gasket.

I\'d recomend though you get a some one to set the Backlash up for you if you\'ve not had experiance with it before.

bolted a fd locker into my fc no issues the only thing i did was swap the ring gears over as they are not compatable.
