Reasonable level of tuning + cost

I am looking to get a car to go around 12secs on the 1/4 mile with a 0-60 of about 4 secs.

What kind of power output do you guys think would be needed and what kind of work would be needed ? Also if you have a guesstimate of cost ?

Forgive me if the question has been asked before but I am a newbie and I have had a look through some of the old threads but didn\'t find anything

Hi Andy I have a number of cars for-sale at the moment that can fulfill that criterea, I have a proven 12 second car avaliable at £10,995. ( may work out alot cheaper in the long run)
I can also suply the necessary parts (turbo kits etc), if you want to modify your excisting RX7, and can also carry out the fitting and tuning.
