Fitting Solid Diff Mounts and Trailing Arms

I\'ve done a bit of a search on this and can\' really find the info I\'m looking for

How do you change the diff mounts ? do they need pressing out or can you just unbolt the diff mount and drop the diff down slightly , pop out the old bushes and pop the new ones back in

Regarding the trailing arms , is this just a case of unbolting the old ones and fitting the new ones ? and am I right in assuming that I\'ll need to get the alignment checked after ?
