JC Cosmo and FD suspension parts..

I read some where that some of the JC suspension parts and FD suspension parts are inter changeable?? Is this true?? Please someone confirm this for me.

Ok.. I guess I should ask if FD calipers and rotor (fronts) will work with Eunos 20B?

I think they do or if not they can be made to fit but the best bet is to PM  Dave who\'s user name is DMRH as I\'m sure he will know.
