I\'m after a set of coilover\'s to replace my HKS Hipermax jobbies (not enough adjustment option for my liking) but i\'m not sure what to go for........

TEIN TYPE FLEX....... I\'m asuming will be the recommended but ......

Are these really the best for fast road use and once in  blue moon track use..... And who are the best people to really set them up. By this i mean the coilover come out the factory with pre loaded spring and most people leave it at that but these springs are for the average car, with average weight, maybe some hard use but mostly just normal road use. My car will be striped therefore lighter, i don\'t have stock twins or stock intercooler i want a set that will be perfect for fast road use, and set up correctly with the right bump and rebound and a more accurate spring weight and rate specifically for my car

I find as soon as you stiffen up the FD by just throwing any old set of coilovers on they become very tail happy and you really can\'t get the power down early through cornors with out sliding

I WANT THE OPTIMUM FOR MY CAR so it really really sticks to the A,B and M roads

What do we think? And i\'m not scared of spending money for the best but if its not needed then i a saving would be great. Input form vendors would also be great

Sorry James cant resist this one, my sense of humour has got the better of me ;)  :chat

MRC is obviously not the best to spend money with even after all the benefits you have received from this Club  :Giggle

Seriously though, thankyou for helping Andrew with the mailing list over the weekend

BTW, you knew the answer, for the task you are setting a suspension kit the Flex kit would be the one because with this kit you can set preload and then height separately which is a feature found on very very few suspension kits
All the best Clive

No problems with the mailing list ........ i haven\'t finished yet plenty more where that they came from  :Giggle

Is there anything lighter than the flex kit? I mean i had a set of proflex EVO II\'s on my impreza and they weighed hardly anything at all.

Who would be best to set them up?
