Expanding Foam?

OK, I now have yet another fibre bonnet that I would like to fill the under-side ribbing with foam. I also have nother part that I feel would be a lot better if solid and not hollow.

Is there a specific type I should be looking at?

You can get loads of different density of expanding foam, I\'d make sure that you get some that is not flamable. Also usually the chemical reaction that creates the foam creates heat too, so could damage what you are filling. Hope this helps !
