Ceramic Coatings?

Can anyone tell me if there is anywhere in the Uk (Northwest if poss) that does Ceramic Coating?

Also do you know how it is done? Is it possable to coat just the Inside of a Pipe for example?

I think its usually done by a hot spray method whereby an electric arc or an oxy/gas flame melts the compounds and then a compressed air jet "sprays" it onto the component.

laods of places do ceramic coatings ... just not sure which ones will be willing to do one offs
