ok guys, have a large hks intercooler, size is 600x301x65mm, i would love to fit this onto my TII but just do not have the time and money to spend on the car now, it came off an EVO6 and has been dent on the bottom bar, fins are bent, but can be bent back out, the problem is at the bar, have been told tat it is leaking, but this would be something that can be fixed by a radiator refurb place? or someone that can weld aluminium maybe????

so, any interests from anyone? and any offers? if no offers i would end up hanging it up on the wall as a display piece!!  :D

moderators, feel free to move this if it is in the wrong section....

cheers, patrick

lol............grinder grinder, how did i guess you would be here giving me a "sensible" offer?!  :p

well, looks like its the only way to go if no ones willing to do it themselves, which i not going to cost much,

grinder

i think people will be worried about buying something then finding out it will cost loads to fix

if you fix it , sell it as a working unit - it makes life a LOT easier for all involved

you are best putting a rough figure what you want .. for example

1 - as it now - £xx
2 - once repaired - £xx

this way people have a choice ( ish )

once you have prices in mind - i will move it to the for sale section .. we are trying steer people into putting prices - makes life easier ALL ROUND

take car patrick

gotcha......well as it stands, it will get repaired before i sell, as i will be giving it to the repair blokey over the weekend, so after it gets repaired i would be looking for say £300?? seems fair to anyone? but as a damaged unit, it could be anything, as i would class it as a useless piece of shiny metal  :)

i actually bought it with intention to fit it before, but i am being lazy as it has been sitting around for quite a while now, got quotes to fit it in for about £150-200, that is all labour done with piping bent for me too, so that gives an idea to ppl the costs involved? and yet again, unless you can do this all yourself, then it would be a whole lot cheaper.

cheers
