Right a few facts

the opening temp for the stat is 80.5 to 83.5oC the stat is fully open at 95oC

still working on the fans but would expect them to be on later than 95oC

so it seems the optimal temp is higher than 83oC maybe closer to 90

Just to get things right, are you saying that at 80.5oC - 83.5oC the fan kicks in at slow speed and at 95oC at FULL SPEED? I\'m kinda confuse.... Because my fans kicks in at about 82oC - 85oC...
