2nd boost problems

Im having problems with the boost on my second turbo.
The first time that you use the second turbo every thing is fine, but when you lift or change gear and reapply the throttle you only get the first turbo all the way to the redline.
Except if you let the revs drop to around 2000 and then the second turbo works again.

I’ve done the test shown at

With test 5 and the ko ko 6 times bit what should be happening to turbo control actuator? because mine does nothing, and what does this point to?

I am working on a similar problem, myself, bud. I will do some reading tonight and see what the signifigance is of that test.
