hks boost

hi everyone!

Just purchased a second hand hks boost controller and am a bit confused about the wiring. Does anyone know how i connect the stepping motor to the actual controller, in the pics u can see the stepping motor has 8 connections and one of the controller connectors does too. Is it a simple case of colour matching the two connectors and using my own wire joining them up? If so what does the smaller connector off of the controller do, it has 4 connections(red, yellow, green and orange). I have looked all over the place for this info, even hksusa, but am still confused. Any help would be very much appreciated, thanks.

no worries, ive sussed it! Now gotta be careful with that boost!!!
