Hi everybody
I would like to know if someone can tell me how to cut the speed limiter signal to the ecu.
I do not want to go the chip route as we use kilometers down here.
I have done several searches but came up empty.
On my mitsubishi gto I just snipped a wire at the ecu.I hope maza have a similar fix
thanks

Hi, I cut mine in the middle of fitting a delimiter and found the limiter was faulty. The new one didn\'t have one so i left the wire cut. The main problem is the speedo is wildly out at any reasonable speed. Ended up putting the wire back in for the pfc to get a speedo reading on the commander. I think it works very much the same as the pfc where it pushes the limiter upto 180mph instead of 180kmph.

Hi
When you cut yours do you remember the pin number on the ecu or perhaps the wire colour?

TBH i wouldn\'t reconmend it, on a private road i was doing 95 and the speedo said 120 ! messes alot with the car. Couldn\'t really say if it worked, never really got past that point before i put it back together !

Would have thought the japs would make something to do the job since they are still in kmph !
