Hi

I had the car out for a wee play today..seems to be running great, until it\'s pushed and i dont seem to be getting any second boost.

I\'m gonna have a wee look tomorrow Can people advise me where to look around the engine(kinda new to the technical side of things) Ideally if a pic of the engine bay could be posted and a few pointers on where to start.

Hopefully its just a wee problem. No other issue with the car, no jerkiness, stalling, idling, over revving...all else seems well and getting primary boost without any problems

Hope people can help. Hoping to get out tomorrow morning but needing some insight. All advice welcome

Have a check over of the vacum pipes under the inlet manifold.

Locate the black plastic pressure chamber (in front of the inlet, held on with 2x10mm bolts and has 2 vacum pipes attatched to it\'s right hand end), remove the chamber and with a torch have a look at the vacum pipes and see if they are all located onto the various metal pipes.  Hopefully you\'ll see one thats come off.

If you can\'t see anything it might be worth removing the inlet manifold (don\'t be put off as at first it may seem tricky, but just make a note of where everything goes for refiting) and checking vacum pipes are all attatched underneath.

Do you have a boost gauge?

..sorted!!! Marc at the Garage checked the pipes/hoses, tightened a few up and we\'re back in business!!! New boost gauge fitted as well, so i am a happy chappy!!

Thanks Marc
